Mr. Ciuni is the managing partner of C&P
Advisors, LLC and a member of the Executive Committee. Since co-founding Ciuni & Panichi,
Inc. over 30 years ago, Mr. Ciuni has directed numerous management
consulting engagements including assisting clients with buy/sell
agreements, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and purchases
and sales of businesses. Mr. Ciuni is a Certified Valuation
Analyst and also specializes in litigation support services.
He has also conducted engagements in corporate and individual
financial and tax planning in addition to providing general
accounting and tax services. He has overseen the audits of
Taft Hartley Plans for many clients.
Mr. Ciuni’s clients span a range of industries including
real estate developers; construction contractors; governmental
authorities; coal mining and production; industrial manufacturers
and distributors; professional service firms; foundries; medical
corporations; industrial stamping companies; and tool, die
and metal producing companies.
Mr. Ciuni is currently involved in a broad range of professional
and civic organizations, including:

One of the original founders and current member of the executive
committee of the Growth Capital Corporation which sponsors
the Small Business Administration - 504 Loan Program in Northeastern
Ohio and the State of Ohio 166 Loan Program
- Member of the Boys’ Hope/Girls’ Hope golf
committee, which is the organization’s largest
fundraising event
- Member of Leadership Cleveland,
