Mr. Klein’s experience at C&P includes audit, review, and compilation services for a wide range of clients including manufacturers, distributors, and not-for-profit organizations among others. His for-profit clients range in size from $1 million to $600 million in annual revenues. He has also performed accounting and due diligence services for several clients involved in mergers and acquisitions and has a strong working knowledge of purchase price accounting and other issues relating to business acquisitions.
Mr. Klein is in charge of the firm’s
Not-For-Profit Group. He has extensive experience in this market
segment and
with the accounting issues that directly impact 501(c)(3) corporations
and other not-for-profit organizations. He is experienced in
performing audits in compliance with Government Auditing Standards
and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards. His work with many not-for-profit organizations, both as an Auditor and as a Board member, has enabled Mr. Klein to stay attuned to the specific needs of organizations in this market segment, and he has become a recognized expert in accounting for the activities of not-for-profit organizations.
He is knowledgeable on current and pending accounting pronouncements
that affect his clients and has trained the firm’s professional
staff as well as members of the Ohio Society of CPAs on such
matters. He is a frequent speaker for the firm on technical
topics and accounting issues.
