Stephanie Slovasky, CPA, CFE

Stephanie Slovasky serves as a Senior Manager in the Audit and Accounting Services Department where she participates in the performance of audits and reviews, specializing in not-for-profit clients. Stephanie is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Stephanie is responsible for conducting audit fieldwork and managing the engagement team.  She has an in-depth understanding of the accounting principles applicable to not-for-profit organizations and the technical requirements that must be satisfied in these engagements.  She works closely with the financial departments of her clients to achieve the proper recording of transactions and disclosure of the financial reporting requirements.  Stephanie is actively involved in reporting to Audit Committees and Boards of her clientele.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, she assists clients with prevention services including recommending internal controls and other measures to implement to prevent theft or misappropriation.

She received a master’s of professional practice in accounting from Ohio Northern University and a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration with an accounting major from John Carroll University.

Stephanie lives in Mayfield Heights with her husband. She belongs to a local racquet club where she enjoys playing tennis regularly.
